2025 RSANS Recreational Camp & Competition

The 2025 RSANS Provincial Recreational Camp and Competition will be on March 2nd in Annapolis Royal at the Annapolis West Education Centre.

The camp will run from 10am until noon, with the competition from 1pm until approximately 3pm. A canteen will be available on site or you may pack a lunch.

The competition has 5 events:
30 second speed (running step, example: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/m53eFZ3-xJ8)
2 minute speed (same running step as 30 second speed)
30 second double unders (2 rope rotations per jump, example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Co0AB1dOzX8)
30 second partner skipping (2 skippers sharing 1 rope, example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Yi1diBcQr8) Athletes will hear the same time track as 30 second speed.
45 second freestyle routine (skills done to music, example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_B8fO2w5XJ0)
Freestyle routines will be performed to a randomized playlist for all athletes.
Freestyle routines will be judged based on variety, difficulty and creativity.

​2023 Annual General Meeting

The RSANS 2024 AGM will be on November 17st, 2024 at roughly 2:00pm in person at Island View High in Eastern Passage or Via Google Meet. This will be following the RSANS Masters Competition & IJRU Qualifier.
