Welcome to the Rope Skipping Association of Nova Scotia. We are the governing body for the sport of rope skipping in Nova Scotia. Rope skipping is a fast growing sport worldwide. With events in single rope and double dutch, rope skipping is an extremely versatile sport for recreation, competition, and fitness for all ages.
